Products:

  • How can I buy a product?

Select the product you want to buy, choose the desired size and color and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Now you can continue Shopping, when you are finished visit the Cart page to proceed with the payment of your order.

 

  • How can I be sure that I have made the purchase correctly?

If the purchase was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased. Can't find the email or something went wrong? Check your spam or contact us for information.

 

  • Can I make purchases from my smartphone?

Sure! Our site is optimized for all devices. You can make your purchases from your smartphone as well as from a PC or tablet.

 

 

  •  I have added products to the cart but I don't want to buy them, how can I remove them?

Visit the "Cart" page by clicking the icon at the top right, then click on the "x" next to the product you want to remove to remove it from your cart.

 

 

 

Payments and shipments

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

On the site it is possible to make payments by credit card, pay-pal, bank transfer and masterpass. For more information visit the "payments" page

 

  • How much are the shipping costs?
  1. The time and shipping cost required for delivery to the address in Italy

We use BRT courier for Italy and the cost for customer is € 7+ VAT, so € 8,54 per box. Transit time is 1 / 2 business days for Italy land and 2 / 3 business days for Sardinia and Sicily.

  1. The time and shipping cost required for delivery to the addresses in other European countries

We use GLS for Europe (transit time is from 4 to 9 business days in general)

 

€ 12 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Austria, Germany

 

€ 16 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Belgio, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland

 

€ 19 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland*

 

€ 25 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia,

Sweden, UK*

 

+ Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Norway*, Malta, Turkey*, Corse to consider case by case

 

*Switzerland, UK, Norway and Turkey are out of EU customs, so customer will have to pay duties.

 

Non-EU countries: Extra duties Packages are generally sent within 1 day of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier BRT / GLS / DHL with tracking and delivery without signature.

In Italy delivery times are 24h / 36h in the islands (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Personal data

  • How can I recover my login password?

Are you already registered and can't remember your login password? Select the item "have you forgotten your password?" on the login page. Here you can enter the email you used for registration, then you will receive an email where you can reset your password.

 

  •  How can I update the shipping or billing information?

To change the shipping or billing address, go to the addresses section of your account and click Update, once you have made the changes save the new address.

 

  • How can I view my order history?

Log into your account and go to the "Order history and details" section. Here you will be able to view all the orders you have placed.
