Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't fit as we hoped, so we offer a generous 30-day return policy on all non-final sale items. If you're not sure about the fit of a helmet, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service before removing the tags and sticker cling. We're happy to suggest a liner kit if it’s compatible with your helmet’s size.
To return an item, please ensure it is brand new, unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all tags and sticker clings attached. We also ask that all items be returned in their original packaging. Any promo items that were processed with the order must be included.
We offer returns/refunds on all full price items.
To start a return, click here to submit a Return Request. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form via email. Please pack your item in a separate shipping box with sufficient packaging protection and include a copy of the RA form.
We recommend using a carrier that supplies a tracking number.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank may need additional time to process the refund.

FINAL SALE
We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange a final sale item for a different size. That's why we offer a 30-day size exchange policy on all final sale products.
